Toms/ Bobs Shoe Upcycle

I have a pair of Bobs. They are pretty much just Toms, but a little cheaper. Every time I wear them People say they love my Toms so There really isn't ANY difference. BUT These shoes fall apart pretty easily! Get holes, worn out, if you wear them too much They'll just get holes. That's how mine were but they are so comfy!! I saw this original post on I am Momma Hear me Roar and I knew I could do something like it!!
Here we go:
You Need:
*Some Sort of glue ( I used tacky glue)
*Scissors
*Ribbon
* Fabric that matches your shoes
*Old toms/ Bobs

First: Measure the fabric to make sure it will fit on the shoe.

Put glue on the shoe and press the fabric down on it, and cut excess fabric off.

Make room for the pleats and glue the pleats down. NOTE** the fabric doesn't have to be perfectly against the base of the shoe!! The Ribbon will cover it up!!

Measure the ribbon across the diagnol of the shoe

Glue the ribbon across the diagnol.

Measure the ribbon for the Base of the shoe
Glue it and your DONE!! Easy peasy!!
 I like them... A lot!! (:

Bookmarks, Hair clips and Rings!

So I am trying to raise money so I can go on Tour with my orchestra and I have been making lots of things!! One of my favorite things I made were the Bookmarks, Hair clips and Rings!! They are also SOOOOO easy!!

                                                                             You need:
*paper clips with the flat pad
*Ring bases
*or Bobby pins with flat bases
*A button, or any embellishment to glue on to your base
 *E600 glue

First put glue on one or all of the bases.

Place your button/embellishment onto the base.

And you are done!! Let dry for awhile and then use them, share them, gift them, Do them all!!
Have a great day!!

Infinity Scarf

I like Infinity Scarves... There's just something about them that I like. When ever I see one on the internet I want it.... Sooo I finally made one!! And if I can do it ANYONE can!! Seriously this is too Easy!!
You Need:

Cotton Fabric measured 37 by 17
First Iron your Fabric. You don't absolutely have to, but I think it is a lot easier to work with.

Do a centimeter press on the 17 inch side.

Fold in half with right sides together, Hot dog style.
Then with right sides together, sew along the presser foot, along the 37 in side.

Turn the tube right side out so the seams are on the inside.

Fold the tube in half with the seams pointing out toward you and the 17 in. sides matching up.

Sew the two 17 in. sides together along the presser foot. Turn the seam to the inside of the scarf and you are done!!! You now have an adorable and inexpensive infinity Scarf!
The plus thing is that it cost me NOTHING!! I had everything on hand!!
Have a great day!
